Opetusten aikana on retriitti, jolloin pidämme aamuisin pujan ja keskustelemme opetusaiheesta iltaisin.
Opetuskieli on englanti. Tulkataan.
Olemme varanneet lattiamajoitusta varten Haaponiemen hallin, missä on keittiö, suihku ja wc-tilat. Ota mukaan patja ynnä muut petitarpeet. Hallilla on muutamia jumppamattoja lisäpatjoiksi. Haaponiemen halli sijaitsee samassa kylässä eli Joloksella 1,2 km:n päässä opetuspaikasta. Majoitusmaksu on 10 euroa/päivä/henkilö.

"Yes I can make time to talk about PARENTING maybe little comparative between Tibetan Style of parenting & western style of parenting. I have given types of talks when I was giving training to the new mother for children coming from Tibet in 1990s. I can use of those points whichever are still in memory. I hope you will agree with me."
Our beloved teacher Geshe Pema Dorjee La teaches us about parenting on September 11-12, 2021. Teachings are on both days from 10:00 to 11: 30 (Finnish summer time UTC+3). The link is same for both days.

Kindly send participation fees as donations to Porong Pelmo Choeding Monastery in Nepal either through our Buddhist Centre or through your own Dharma Group/Centre. We will pass on donations as soon as possible to support the unique Tibetan culture and language and its Bodong tradition. Right now Geshe Pema Dorjee La does active social work by helping orphaned children or children who are in the care of sick grandparents when the children are practically orphaned.

The Bodong tradition had a great impact on Tibetan Buddhism in the 15th century, followed by declination until presumed close extinction after 1959. In exile considerable efforts have been done to revive the Bodong tradition that has developed into a large project led by the Bodong Research and Publication Centre, Dharamsala.

Geshela told, his main purpose of organizing this talk or teaching is just to help those who are interested.
